Jesse is an accomplished professional. As a designer and UX practitioner, he has a knack for finding that sweet spot between the needs of end-users and the goals of business stakeholders. While at Magenic, Jesse played a key role in the success of several high-profile projects. He is a very talented designer, a hard worker, and all around good guy. I would jump at the chance to work with him again.

Jesse was a tremendous asset to the UX team at RBA. His easy-going approach coupled with his broad user-centered skill-set enabled Jesse to contribute to some of out most critical client engagements. In the time that we worked together, I came to rely on Jesse's input in a variety of decisions that affected the UX team and how we do our work. Our team is diverse and geographically dispersed, but I had the privilege of working in the same office as Jesse, allowing frequent personal interactions. Jesse is an exceptional graphic designer with a mastery of simple-to-complex design patterns and the ability to perform excellent heuristic analyses. He rapidly iterates designs for desktop, mobile, and web applications with ease, demonstrating this on both large and small projects. Most impressive is Jesse’s connection with users; his thoughtful designs anticipate problems and ensure usability. He is unafraid to seek help when needed, making him an invaluable asset to any organization. I strongly recommend him.

Jesse is a rock star User Experience Engineer with deep expertise in both User-Centered Design (UCD, GDD) and Usability. His knowledge in these areas is impressive. We collaborated on an application dashboard project that provided seamless access to application shortcuts. Jesse designed an intuitive, user-friendly interface and produced all necessary artifacts, showcasing his end-to-end User Experience capabilities. Jesse excels at adding the "wow" factor to projects. I’ve never heard customers express amazement as often as they did with his designs. Truly an exceptional and experienced designer, I would gladly work with Jesse again given the opportunity.

Jesse has great patience when dealing with complex issues, a key attribute required for success when troubleshooting complex technical problems. Some much of what we face in life in not recorded in an instruction manual some where and has to be dealt with by patience and persistence. Jesse works the problem until a resolution or alternative can be found. This is an important trait to have when dealing with computer software. Jesse has this trait.

Jesse is an expert in his field! He is current in his knowledge across many design applications and is able to make solid recommendations.
